Why I Built Mental Chai
I noticed a pattern. The same people who are organized, competent, and structured at work come home to chaos. Not because they're lazy or lack discipline — but because work has external accountability built in, and personal life doesn't. One has sprint planning, calendars, and consequences. The other runs on willpower, which is a finite resource. Mental Chai exists to fix the structural problem, not the character one.
I'm a product manager and software engineer who's spent years inside agile teams — sprint planning, standups, retros. Mental Chai is that same systems thinking, pointed at the part of life that never gets a sprint plan. People who know me describe a calm, grounded presence; that's the feeling this brand is built to pass on.
Our Mission
Mental Chai helps high-performing professionals build personal life systems with the same rigor they already apply at work — not through hustle or motivation, but through calm, structured rhythms that hold without constant effort. The system is a three-step weekly loop: Design, Do, Debrief. It's the agile retro applied to personal life.
